2. Registration & Contract
A binding contract is formed when you complete registration and payment. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.
Moving with Ana reserves the right to cancel an event due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
Each registration is an individual contract. Where a participant registers for business purposes and requests a company invoice, they confirm that they are acting in a business capacity and that the consumer protection provisions of the FAGG do not apply to their contract.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in euros. Payment is due at booking.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Fixed-date sessions and events: under § 18 Abs. 1 Z 10 FAGG, no right of withdrawal applies to contracts for leisure services provided on a specific date.
Multi-session programmes. By completing registration and confirming at checkout, you explicitly request that the service begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. Your right of withdrawal expires from the moment the first session takes place. Where a programme begins more than 14 days after purchase, you retain the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase by notifying us in writing at ana@movingwithana.com.
5. Cancellation Policy
Single sessions and drop-in events
If you register for a single session or drop-in event (2 hours or more) and need to cancel:
- More than 2 weeks before the event: full refund
- More than 72 hours before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 72 hours before the event: no refund; you may transfer your place to another participant
Programmes and series
If you register for a programme or series of sessions (repeated events of 2 hours or more) and need to cancel:
- More than 2 weeks before the first session: full refund
- More than 72 hours before the first session: 50% refund
- Less than 72 hours before the first session: no refund; you may transfer your place to another participant
- After the first session has taken place, no refund; transfer of place will be considered individually
How to cancel
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to ana@movingwithana.com. Cancellations are effective from the date and time the written notice is received.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation being confirmed, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
6. Transfers & Substitutions
Where a refund is not available under the cancellation policy, you may transfer your place to another participant at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing at ana@movingwithana.com, including the name and contact details of the substitute participant, before the event takes place.
7. Health & Responsibility
By registering, you confirm you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate. The work offered does not constitute therapy and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Participation is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, recordings, and resources provided are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed without written consent.
9. Privacy
The collection and processing of personal data in connection with registrations and purchases is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at movingwithana.com/privacy-policy.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Vienna, Austria, subject to any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law that may apply in the participant’s country of residence.
13. Changes to These Terms
Moving with Ana reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your registration applies to your contract. The current version is always available at movingwithana.com/terms-and-conditions.
