move from within – weekend retreat

from me to we

Fri 18:00 – Sun 15:30

blipbase, Ladendorf, Austria

A house in the middle of nature, slow enough to hear your own footsteps again.

A small group, one dance studio, two days with nowhere else to be.

We move inwards and outwards. We go as deep as we need. We practice together.

The table is set with what we brought. The rooms are shared, and so is the quiet.

The garden holds a willow tree, a pond shaped like a heart, and cats who come and go as they please. Small details of inspiration are placed around the property, for anyone who slows down enough to notice them.

What if listening to what your bodymind already knows would be the way to connect with others, and everything around us?

Each session draws on Authentic Movement, Holistic Dance, and Social Presencing Theater — practices that use movement and embodied awareness to sense what is present in you, between you and others, and in the group you become for two days.

It might be for you if:

  • Feel the call to pause, reflect, and move from within
  • Are navigating transitions and wish to mark this shift with intention
  • Value embodiment, presence, and authenticity
  • Seek a community where they can just be — no performance, no pressure
  • Whether these practices are new to you or already familiar ground, you’re curious what it means to slow down enough to listen.

Over the weekend, we will:

  • Explore guided movement, Social Presencing Theater and Authentic Movement practices
  • Reconnect with nature and let it mirror our internal landscapes
  • Practice presence, stillness, and true expression
  • Be held in a safe, intimate group setting
  • Share nourishing food, gentle rituals, and meaningful conversations

As the Summer ends and the “working season” is about to begin again, this weekend sits exactly in that turn. Not to rush you into it, but to meet it prepared:

  • back in your body,
  • back in contact with yourself,
  • held by people who are turning the same corner.

You don’t need experience in movement or somatic practice. This journey is designed as a genuine entry point — and a deepening one for those who have already begun.
