What if your body has already been trying to tell you something — and you just haven’t had the space to listen?

Most of us have learned to navigate life from the neck up. We think, analyse, plan. We override sensation, push past fatigue, and explain away what we feel. Move from within is an invitation to come back to sensation.

A six-week group journey that uses movement, somatic awareness, and embodied presence to access what thought alone can’t reach — clarity, aliveness, the quieter intelligence that lives beneath the noise.

You don’t need to know how to dance. You don’t need any prior experience. You only need to show up and be willing to move.


Drawing on Authentic Movement, Social Presencing Theater, Holistic Dance, and relational embodiment practices, we work with the body as a compass: a source of information, not just a vehicle for getting things done.

Week by week, we move through three capacities that most of us have learned to override:

sense — learning to listen again, to the full range of what the body is already holding
move — following impulse, pattern, and possibility into motion
transform — allowing what has been moved to settle into something new

We don’t force. We don’t perform. We create the conditions for what is ready to emerge — in the body, in the group, in you.

Week 1 | Arrival

We begin by slowing down. Before anything else, we learn how to arrive — in the body, in the room, in the presence of others. A threshold is crossed. The field opens.

Week 2 | Sensing

The body is always receiving. In this session, we turn that capacity from background to foreground, learning to distinguish sensation from story, impulse from habit, signal from noise.

Week 3 | Moving

We follow what the body wants to do when it isn’t being managed. Movement becomes inquiry. Patterns become visible. What was held begins to shift.

Week 4 | Relating

We are not only individual bodies. We are relational ones. In partner and group work, we explore how we move with others — the adjustments, the resonances, the places where contact opens something new.

Week 5 | The Collective Field

Something becomes possible in a group that cannot happen alone. We turn our attention to what the collective body knows — what it carries, what it is ready to release, what it is trying to bring forward.

Week 6 | Integration & Closing Ritual

We gather what has moved through six weeks into a final circle. Not a performance — a witnessing. Of how far we have come. Of what has changed. Of what continues.

You might find yourself here if:

  • you feel disconnected from your body, your creativity, or your own sense of direction
  • you’re tired of working things out only in your head
  • you’re curious about movement as a way of knowing, not just doing
  • you long for a space where the whole of you is welcome — not just the part that has it together
  • you sense there is more available in you than you currently have access to

Move from within is not about technique or performance. It’s about discovery — and the particular kind of change that becomes possible when we stop forcing and start listening.

You don’t need experience in movement or somatic practice. This journey is designed as a genuine entry point — and a deepening one for those who have already begun.
