What are the seeds that you are sowing to create your future reality?
Sitting in front of a blank piece of paper and dropping your ideas and thoughts into words is part of the process, but not the only part. Theory U speaks of including an open mind, but also an open heart and an open will, so that we can let the new emerge.
In a small group (max. 6 people), join me for an exploration of the Seed Dance, a practice of Social Presencing Theater, and Authentic Movement. Include your inner wisdom by connecting with your embodied consciousness in the preparation of your seeds!
THE STRUCTURE
The session weaves together three complementary practices:
Seed Dance — an SPT practice in which participants embody the seeds they are planting: what is present now, what is trying to emerge, and what the future self already knows. Movement makes visible what the mind alone cannot access.
Authentic Movement — a meditative, non-verbal practice of following inner impulse with eyes closed, witnessed by the group. In the context of seeding, it creates direct contact with what is alive — below the noise of strategy or expectation.
Embodied Reflection — journaling, visualisation, and optional sharing to integrate what has moved through the session into language and intention.
No previous experience necessary. Ideally, participants know at least one of the methods.

No prior experience with either practice is needed. If you know one or both of the methods, you’ll find new depth in this combination.
