Regular practice to cultivate a state of inner balance and apply it in the connection with oneself and others
“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space lies our freedom and our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our happiness.”

In the midst of stressful lives, we often lose the ability to regulate our nervous system. Many of our behaviours are reactions of our Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) to the environment and perceived threats. As these processes operate unconsciously, they often feel out of our control when we are in the middle of a fight, flight or freeze response.
Learning how to regulate yourself and identifying the need for co-regulation, and how to do it is one of the goals of this space of practice.
Teams as spaces of co-regulation need trust
As many of our responses are defense mechanisms that we’ve learned in the past, an environment of trust is mandatory to sustain balance and transformation. There’s a need to identify our assumptions and projections in how we relate with our peers in order to enable honest discussions, and create new relationship patterns, accessing the issues assertively, and not taking them personally.
