STEP 0: I encourage you to try an open course before bringing it to your team for a better understanding of the tools and benefits.
STEP 1

concept

Assessment of the needs of the team and/or the organisation, in order to design the best fitting program for the expressed needs and goals.

STEP 2

session 0

Session 0 takes place with a test group. The goal is to fine tune the program, and to have a first contact with the tools being used.

STEP 3

program

The programs may run online or offline, with the defined length.

STEP 4

follow up

May take place in 2 levels:

Organisational: follow up session to address the outcome of the program.

Individual: 20 min sessions with each participant.
